Ristorante Tannura Osteria
Restaurant with romantic atmosphere in the historic center of Palermo.
Tannura, meaning warmth in ancient Sicilian, is a portable charcoal stove (similar to a small barbecue), generally made of iron, typically used in Sicily, essentially as a kitchen tool.
Cubic in shape and supported on four feet, it consists of a chamber with a front access door, surmounted by a removable grill fitted with sides for containing the embers.
The local Tannura reflects the warmth, love and passion that have been put into this restaurant by the sibling duo who have run this restaurant together for many years.
